Jackson Fisk is a safety leader and entrepreneur whose career has been shaped by service, frontline experience, and a commitment to improving how organizations operate.
He began his professional journey in the military, driven by a desire to contribute where he could make a meaningful difference. Following his service, Jackson pursued emergency response training, becoming a firefighter and medic, working in remote environments during challenging winter operations.
He later transitioned into union trade work within Alberta's oil and gas sector, advancing quickly into supervisory and management roles. Working on complex industrial projects exposed him to both strong and poor leadership, experiences that shaped his understanding of accountability, culture, and operational responsibility.
A defining moment came when he witnessed a workplace fatality on a project. The experience fundamentally reshaped his view of leadership, risk, and responsibility. He transitioned into Occupational Health and Safety, determined to help organizations prevent serious incidents and build stronger systems.
Today, Jackson builds ventures and platforms at the intersection of safety, leadership, operations, and technology, helping organizations move beyond reactive compliance toward stronger, smarter operational systems.
